Friday Fixture (04/07/08)
Bute First Team are away to Inverarary on Friday night. All players meet at the
garage at 4.30pm for a 6.30pm throw-up.
Saturday Fixture 14/06/08
As both team are at home this week, the Second team have a 12.00 throw-up against Col Glen, All players meet at
the meadows for 11.00. The First team take on Strathglass in the Camanachd Cup Third Round at 2.30, All players
meet at the meadows for 1.00.

Bute's second team are home for the third week in a row, this week they play Glasgow Mid-Arygll with a 2.30 throw-up.

Bute's first team are back on home soil for the third week running this Saturday, May 3, when Inveraray visit the Meadows
on Premier League business.
The Argyll side have made a strong start to the season despite being unable to play any
games on their home turf at Winterton Park after damage caused to the surface as a result of last summer's Connect Festival
concerts near the site.
Bute might also take heart from the absence from the Inveraray ranks this year of Russell
Mackinlay, who scored nine of his team's 13 goals in their four league and cup victories over the island team last season.
Throw-up at the Meadows is at 2.30pm.
This Saturday Bute's seconds are away from home once again, this time against
Col-Glen. Throw-up at Glendaruel is at 2.30pm.
Staurday Fixtures (22/04/08)
Bute's seniors are on home soil again this Saturday when Lovat are the visitors to the Meadows in the Premier League.
The
Inverness-shire side are in a similar position to that enjoyed by Bute 12 months ago, having won the North Division One championship
last season to win promotion to the sport's top flight for the first time, though they've had a difficult time of it so far,
losing their first four games, at home to Kingussie, Inveraray and Lochaber and away to Oban Camanachd.
Throw-up at the Meadows on Saturday is at 2.30pm.
All player meet at 1.00pm.
Bute's second team were idle at the weekend but return to action this Saturday with
away match in South Division Two against Kyles Athletic, with a throw-up at Tighnabruaich at the earlier-than-usual time of
12 noon.
All players meet at the garage for 9.30.

I made a mistake with one of the scores on the Aberdour vs Bute game, I wrote Colin Harrower instead of his
twin brother Craig. Sorry Craig.
Membership forms (24/02/08)
All membership forms must be completed and returned to the club secetery (Suzi Fisher) before Tuesday morning so
they can be sent to the camanachd association before the first game of the season on the 1st of March.

Pre-season training starts on the Monday 21st January for the first team and the newly formed second team.

Bute have complete there first season in 5th position behind the big four team Kingussie, Fort William, Newtonmore and
Inveraray.
Second Team (27/12/07)
Bute are starting up a second team for the start of next season (March).
